Section 21(1) in The Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996
(1)The Returning Officer shall supply to each candidate or his election agent:-(a)A copy of the list of contesting candidates, and(b)Specimen of the picture of the symbol allotted.
