Section 21(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Footwear and Leather Goods Manufactory and Tannery Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006

(a)
(i)if the daughter of the applicant is studying in 10th Standard or its equivalent, a sum of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only);
(ii)if the son or daughter of the applicant had passed the 10th Standard examination or its equivalent, a sum of Rs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only);
