(iii)to suggest framing of such Regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act, the rules, the Statutes, the Regulations and the Ordinances regarding the academic functioning of the University, discipline, residence, admissions, award of fellowships and studentships, fee concessions, corporate life and attendance.
