Section 5(xxxiv) in National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University Act, 1998
(xxxiv)to constitute for the benefit of the academic, technical, administrative and other staff, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed pension, insurance, provident fund and gratuity and other schemes as it may deem fit and to make such grants as it may think fit for the benefit of the staff of the University and to aid in the establishment and support of associations, institutions, funds and trusts for the benefit of the staff and the students of University; and
