Affidavit of the General Manager (P&A) of the Corporation, dated 4.12.2017, has been filed, which reveals that on a consideration of the Inquiry Report, the Managing Director of the Corporation vide order dated 24.11.2017 has since dropped the charges against Sh. B.S.Rana Ex. Senior Manager (IA).
That being so, the matter is not required to be monitored any further, proceedings are accordingly closed.
