JUDGMENT
After learned counsel argued the matter for some time on 11-10-2010 petition was posted for further argument on 13-10-2010. The case was then posted on 18-10-2010. From that day onwards the matter is being regularly posted every day. But, there was no representation on any day notwithstanding that the matter was kept aside throughout the day. Today also there is no representation. Hence the only alternative is to dismiss the petition and I do so.
Petition is dismissed for default.
