Section 117(1) in The Gujarat Co-Operative Societies Act, 1961
(1)["Land Development Bank"] [These words were substituted for the words 'Land Mortgage Bank' by Gujarat 24 of 1964] means a Co-operative Bank registered or deemed to be registered under this Act, and to which this Chapter applies;
