107. Prohibition of obstruction or molestation in execution of works.
-No person shall obstruct or molest any person, authorised or empowered by under this Act, or any person with whom the Board has lawfully contracted, in the execution of his duty or of anything which he is authorised or empowered to do by virtue of or in consequence of any of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations or instrument made thereunder or in fulfilment of his contract with the Board.
