Section 25(1) in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
(1)The [President] [Word substituted for the word 'Chairman' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] shall place at the first annual meeting of the [Council] [Word 'Vidyalaya' first substituted for the words 'Governing Body' by W.B. Act 7 of 2002, then the word within third brackets substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] in the year following the year in which it is constituted and at every annual meeting thereafter a report on the working of the [Council] [Word substituted for the word 'Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] during the last preceding financial year. [He shall also place the annual accounts of the [(Council)] [Words inserted by W.B. Act 7 of 2002.] for the same period.]
