Section 10(3)(a) in Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013

(a)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, two supernumerary seats in each college or institute shall be filled by the candidates who are migrants of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, in accordance with the directions from the All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed in these rules;
