(1)All colleges [within the University Area] [These words were substituted for the words 'within the Ahmedabad Area' by Gujarat 6 of 1973, section 42 (1).] which are admitted to the privileges of the University under sub-section (3) of section 5 and all colleges within the said area which may hereafter be affiliated to the University shall be the constituent colleges of the University.
