21. Power of Government to give direction.
- The Government may, from time to time, issue such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, to the Registrar, District Registrar and to the Registrar- General, as it may thinks fit for the effective implementation of the provisions of this Act and they shall comply with such direction.
