Section 70R(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the Returning Officer at such place as the Returning Officer may direct -(i)the voting machine;(ii)the account of votes recorded in Form 17;(iii)sealed packets under rule 70P; and(iv)all other papers used at the poll.
