99. Revision.
- Subject to the provisions of section 97, the Government may on the application of a party to a reference, call for and examine the record of any proceedings in which no appeal lies to the Government under section 98 for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the legality and propriety of any decision or order passed and if in any case it shall appear to it that any such decision or order should be modified, annulled or revised, it may pass such order thereon as it may deem fit.
