Section 272 in Bihar Education Code, 1961

272. Admission from another State.

- A pupil from a school in another State who wishes to join a recognised school in Bihar must produce a transfer certificate countersigned-

(a)if the school is in another State, by the Inspector of Schools in charge of the area within which the school is situated;

(b)if the school is in an Indian State, by the officer of the State authorised in this behalf;
