2. It is submitted that Respondent no.6 is already being represented by Resolution Professional who has been served on 11 th March 2024. That, since the Respondent no.5 has passed away and the earlier Advocate has also been discharged, the Respondents no.1 to 4 may assist the Applicant in obtaining the information with respect to the heirs of the deceased Respondent no.5.
3. Let papers firstly be furnished to the newly appointed Advocate and thereafter the said Advocate can assist the Applicant in obtaining the details of the heirs of the deceased Respondent no.5. Let instructions be taken on the further steps.
4. The learned Counsel for the parties agree that orders in paragraphs no.4 and 5 of the order dated 1 st April 2019 to continue till the next date.
