Pursuant to order dated 18.4.2023, respondent has come present. He states that on account of financial crunch, he has not been able to deposit the amount.Though having taken note of order dated 14.3.2023, there appears to be no reason to grant time but by way of indulgence, last opportunity of six weeks is granted to the respondent to deposit the amount, failing which this Court would be constrained to decide the appeal on its own merit. List on 10.7.2023, on which date respondent shall remain present in the Court.
