Section 11 in Sikkim Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1977
11. Commencement and termination of in Sikkim law.
- In any Sikkim law it shall be sufficient(a)to use the word "from" or the word "after" for The purpose of excluding the first in a series of days;(b)to use the word "to" for the purpose of including the last in a series of days; and(c)to use the word "on" or the word "with" for the purpose of including the day on which the period is expressed to begin or to end.
