1. Short title and commencement .-(1) These regulations may be called the Establishment of New Medical Colleges, Opening of Higher Courses of Study and Increase of Admission Capacity in Medical Colleges Regulation, 1993.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
