Section 49(2) in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016
(2)On identification of mismanagement, maladministration, indiscipline, failure in the accomplishment of the object of University and economic hardship in the management system of University, the State Government would issue direction the management system of University, if the direction are not followed within such time as may be prescribed, the right to take decision for winding up of the University would vest in the State Government.
