49. Penalty for practising in contravention of the Act.- If after the
commencement of this Act, any person, other than a registered Electropath, practises orholds himself out, whether directly or by implication, as practising or as being preparedto practise, the Electropathy system of medicine, he shall be punishable with fine whichmay extend to twenty thousand rupees.
