Section 23(1) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(1)Every order of the Tribunal shall be in writing and shall be pronounced in the court immediately after hearing or on the date fixed for the purpose, which shall not be ordinarily more than fifteen days from the date of the final hearing.
