Section 81(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)Any person who at any election fraudulently takes or attempts to take, ballot papers, out of a polling station or willfully aids or abets the doing of any such acts shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
