46. [ Interpretation. [Added by the University of Rajutana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950.]
The provisions of the General Clauses Act, 1897, of the Central Legislature, shall mutatis mutandis apply so far as may be, to this Act and to the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Rules thereunder in the same manner as the apply to a Central Act.]
