(13/07/2021) Learned counsel for the parties fairly conceded that the issue involved in these petitions is identical to that in W.P. No. (6) W.P. 3955/2021 & connected matters 20939/2019 (M/s Bhandari Road Lines Vs. State of M.P. and others).
As such, these petitions are allowed on the same terms as in even dated order passed in W.P. No. 20939/2019 (Supra), which shall apply mutatis mutandis to these cases with full force. Parties to act, accordingly.
The impugned orders, so far as they relate to the petitioners, are accordingly set aside.
A copy of this order be retained in each of the connected petitions.
