Section 72(2)(b) in Bihar Factories Rules, 1950

(b)The height of every room in the building shall be not less than 12 feet from floor level to the lowest part of the roof and there shall be at least 12 square feet of floor area for every person and the accommodation shall not be less than ten per cent of the number of workers employed at any one time:
