Section 16(2) in U.P. Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1975
(2)The Committee shall meet at such times and places as the Chairman of the said Committee may decide and the Committee shall observe rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meeting as it may decide upon.
