Section 14(1) in Haryana State Electricity Board (Workshop Organisation) Regulations, 1992
(1)In matters relating to discipline, penalties and appeals the members of the Service, shall be governed by Haryana State Electricity Board Employees (Punishment and Appeal) Regulations as amended from time to time:Provided that the nature of penalties which may be inflicted, the authority empowered to impose such penalties and the appellate authority, subject to the provisions of any Regulation made under Section 79 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 be, as specified in Appendix-'B'.
