Section 46(1) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(1)An order for the abolition of a post or for reduction of the emoluments of posts shall not be brought into operation in the case of a permanent employee before the expiry of three months after the notice has been given to the employee affected and in other cases, before the expiry of one month after the service of the notice.
