Section 82(1) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(1)The term of office of members of a Standing Committee and a Subjects Committee of a Zilla Parishad shall be co-terminus with the term of office of Councillors of that Zilla Parishad.
