42. Election of members to the Senate, Syndicate and other bodies of the University.
- The election of members to the Senate, the Syndicate and other bodies of the University shall be held in accordance with the system of proportional representation by means of the single transferable vote and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Statutes, and the voting at such elections shall be by secret ballot.
