Section 13(1) in The Goa State Commission for Women Act, 1996
(1)The Commission may, for the purpose of conducting investigations under this Act, utilize the services of:-(a)any officer or investigating agency of the State or the Central Government with the concurrence of that Government; or(b)any other person.
