10. Examination of physical inspection report.
(1)The Authority shall, within ten working days, examine the inspection report submitted under rule 9.(2)If the Authority is satisfied on the basis of application and the physical inspection report, that the warehouse does not meet the eligibility criteria under these rules, it shall reject the application, subject to the provisions of rule 11.
