I am told by Mr. Banerjee that the concerned Department is not cooperating with him by providing him necessary papers and instructions.

This revisional application is pending since 2011 and it is crowding the list of this Court and as such I shall request Mr. Banerjee to take up the matter with the Assistant Registrar of Companies to communicate the displeasure of this Court.
