Having heard learned senior counsel for the appellant and having perused the material placed on record, we are not persuaded to consider interference in the impugned order that essentially has the effect of allowing an application for impleadment, as made by the Federation of Indian Airlines (respondent No. 2 herein).
It goes without saying that as regards all other aspects of the matter, it is always open for the parties to make appropriate submissions before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in accordance with law, including the issue that the impleaded respondent cannot enlarge the scope of proceedings.
Subject to the observations foregoing, this appeal stands dismissed.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
