Section 14(1)(a) in The Government Of Union Territories Act, 1963

(a)if he holds any office of profit under the Government of India or the Government of any State or the Government of [the Union territory] [Substituted by Act 18 of 1987, Section 65 (w.e.f. 30-5-1987)] other than an office declared by law made by Parliament or by the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory not to disqualify its holder; or
