Section 2A(9) in The Port Rules for the Port Of Visakhapatnam
(9)Vessel shall not anchor within the Outer channel Fairway Buoys or within 4 cables length across the Entrance marked by the Outer channel Fairway Buoys or in any other prohibited Anchorage as marked on Admiralty Chart 239 Approaches to Vishakhapatnam Port, nor shall a master attempt to enter the channel to pick up a Pilot.
