Section 80(1)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(a)Infrastructure : Infrastructure shall consist of a sitting hall, a separate room for the committee, room for office staff, waiting room for children, waiting room for parents or guardian, room for personal interaction between the child or parents and the committee, a record room, safe drinking water facility and toilets.
