75. Enforcement of orders passed by the Commission.
- The Secretary shall ensure enforcement and compliance of the orders passed by the Commission, by the persons concerned in accordance with the provisions of the Act and regulations and if necessary, may seek the orders of the Commission for directions. Failure to do so shall render him liable to proceedings as for non-compliance or violation of directions and orders of the Commission.
