Section 8(1) in The Benares Family Domains Act, 1904
(1)In matters connected with the assessment and collection of any sum leviable under this Act, an appeal shall lie to the Superintendent of the Family Domains from the order of any person empowered by rules made under this Act to assess or collect the rate:Provided that such appeal be presented within sixty days from the date of the order.
