Section 25(5)(b) in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002

(b)When action taken by the Vice-Chancellor under this subsection affects any person in the service of the University, such person shall be entitled to prefer an appeal through the said officer, authority or body to the Board of Management within fifteen days from the date on which such action is communicated to him.
