Section 46A(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Local Self-Government Act, 1885
(1)The [State] Government may prescribe by rules made under this Act-(a)the minimum closing balance to be maintained by a District Board; and(b)the statements, accounts and reports to be submitted to the [State] [Substituted by ALO.] Government.]
