30. Honorium.
- The Corporation may grant to its employees honorarium as payment for work performed which is occasional in character and either so laborious or of such special merit as to justify such a reward. Grant of honorarium is not justified to an employee merely because there is a temporary in his work. The reasons for the grant of honorarium are always to be recorded in the sanction.Section IXMiscellaneous
