Section 37(iii) in The Orissa Security Prisoners (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1981
(iii)shall obey the orders of the Superintendent of the Jail, issued from time to time for the comfort, safety and health, or for the discipline, orderly conduct and control of security prisoners;
