Section 114(1) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(1)At the conclusion of the liquidation proceedings the Liquidator shall call a general meeting of the members and place before such meeting -(i)a summary of his proceedings;(ii)a report on the cause of the failure of the society.
