Section 34(7) in Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 2016
(7)If the deponent is illiterate or blind or is not acquainted with the language in which the affidavit is made or written, the affidavit shall be read out and explained to him in the language known to him in the presence of the Attesting officer, who shall certify that it was so explained to him and the deponent appeared to understand the same and signed his name or made his mark in his presence.
