12. Power to supply water for non-domestic purposes.
- The Board may, in its discretion subject to sufficient availability of water, supply water to any person or organisation including industrial establishment for non-domestic purpose or other public purposes, on such terms and conditions, including payment of such charges, as may be specified by regulations:Provided that the Board shall allow all persons to take water for extinguishing fires only from any pipe on which a hydrant is fixed, without any payment.
