36. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer, teacher or other employee of the University for any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes of the Ordinances or the Regulations.
