Section 9(c) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Constitution Rules, 1999
(c)(i)If a vacancy in the office of the Chairperson, of the Project Committee arises, the Apex Committee or the Government shall nominate one of the members of the Managing Committee of the Project Committee as the Chairperson.(ii)If a vacancy of a Member of the Managing Committee of a Project Committee arises, the Apex Committee or the Government shall nominate one of the General Body members of the Project Committee as a Member.
