(3)In finalizing the scope and structure of the project, the Executive Committee shall subject to the provisions of rule 12 of the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Rules 2012 either approve of its own accord or secure the Board's specific approval for the extent and form of public financial support for the project.
